  2. We will email you a quote;

  3. Place an order with a retainer paid;

  4. Ship or drop off your product to us or have us on your location;

  5. Photograph and retouch your product images;

  6. A prove of work will be emailed to you;

  7. Payment;

  8. Digital files will be provided to you via Dropbox;

  9. Download your images and DONE.

What is the turnaround time for the product photos from time of the shoot to delivery?

The turnaround time varies based on the complexity of the project between 1 to 5 business days.

If you need your images sooner, we offer Rush Order upgrade to you.

What if the promised delivery time past and I haven't received email?

If you haven’t received your photo email after expected time, check your spam folder. (This is usually the issue!) If the email isn't in your spam please contact us (416) 827-7684.

I ordered brochures with my Package. How long until they are ready after my shoot and how will I receive them?

After placing your order for brochures, you will receive an email from us asking for some specific information about your requirement.

Once we receive the brochure information from you via email, we will prepare a proof for your approval. Once you have approved the proof, your brochures will be printed and shipped within 5 business days.
