Terms of Service [Interior & Exterior Photography Services]
You will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions when placing an order. The Company may change, add, suspend, cancel, remove or otherwise modify the services or prices offered on this website at any time without prior notice.
We accept Email Transfer (to email@example.com), Visa/Master/American Express card payment. Please provide us with the Card Number, Expiry Date, 3 digits CVV number at the back of the card and the Post Code the card registered with.
A valid credit card must be received at the time of order. If a valid form of payment is not received when the Services are ordered on the Site, service will not be performed, until and unless terms have been agreed in written form.
Full payment must be made prior to the service if a credit card information cannot be provided.
All credit card payments are processed via Square (www.squareup.com), a third party platform.
The Company will bill Your credit card upon completion of Services for all charges and Services unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to the completion of your order. After services are completed, your credit card may be charged again if you have incurred additional fees due to circumstances including but not limited to cancellation, reshoots, travel fees, ‘no show’ fees and/or upgrades to your chosen services elected after the initial order was placed.
In the event that the Company must pursue legal action in order to collect on balances due, You agree to reimburse the Company for all expenses incurred to recover any and all sums due, including but not limited to all attorney’s fees and other expenses.
The Company will not under any circumstances bill your credit card for charges that you do not authorize, however, by keeping your credit card on file with the Company you grant the Company the right to bill your credit card directly for Services that you ask us to perform. We keep your information secure and will not under any circumstances allow for the unlawful or unauthorized use of your credit card information.
Scheduling & Procedures
After your order is placed, we will contact you either via telephone or text message or email in order to schedule Your photo shoot. We are not liable in any way if we cannot get in touch with You in the event that You provided inaccurate contact information during the registration process or if you are unavailable or for any other reason.
If neither agent nor homeowner is present at the time the Services are scheduled to be performed, and the agent nor homeowner has made prior requests related to shot selection, all shots taken will be at the discretion of the photographer. It is always the homeowner’s and/or agent’s responsibility to prepare the property for the photo shoot, and we are not responsible for homes that are not in ‘show-quality’ condition at the time of the photo shoot. We shoot all photos of the property in “as-is” condition.
Unless access to the property is otherwise arranged, the agent or homeowner must be present at the time of the tour. The Company is not responsible for inaccessible properties and reserves the right to charge cancellation, reschedule, reshoot, or travel fees as a result of property inaccessibility.
Condo amenities will not be photographed unless the photographer is accompanied by the agent or the homeowner.
All packages include basic image editing includes the adjustment of exposure, whitebalance, resizing, cropping.
An optionally advanced image editing includes removing small objects from the original image, replacing sky, clean driveway, detail fix imperfections, etc. Depending on the complexity of the requirements a fee may be associated the to work.
The final post-production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of the PHOTOGRAPHER.
PHOTOGRAPHER will strive to present photos in a workmanlike manner but is not required to cater to specific aesthetic preferences of the CLIENT.
Printings & Delivery
You will receive your first design draft the following day after the photo shoot took place. The brochure will be sent for print once you have approved the design. Depends on the quantity of the prints it can take up to 1-3 business days to complete the printing. It usually takes 1-2 business days to deliver via local courier.

The Company reserves the right to charge additional fees due to no-show, cancellations, rescheduling, travel time, parking, brochure shipment and reshoots.
Cancellations or Rescheduling will be honoured for a full refund up to 5:00 pm EST the day prior to the scheduled shoot, otherwise a rescheduling fee of $10 or the cancellation fee of $20 will be charged. Any cancellations due to weather except for extreme circumstances, at the discretion of the Company, may result in a cancellation/rescheduling fee.
Once our photographer has photographed a home, cancellations/reschedulings will not result in a refund.
If the photographer has arrived on site and does not have the access to the property within a reasonable time frame (10-15 mins) or the property cannot be photographed, then it is considered a "no-show" situation, as a result, the client will be charged $50 plus travel fee (if applicable).
Parking fee is not included in the services rate. If a parking spot cannot be arranged by the agent/homeowner, parking fees will be added to the final service charge, as it incurred, It is the agent/homeowner's responsibility to give clear instruction to the photographer where to be parked, and the parking location needs to be reasonably close to the property. Otherwise, the photographer will be finding a parking spot at his/her own discretion.
Travel Fees may be charged for some areas. In the event that a travel fee is charged, the fee will be disclosed to You no later than when the shoot is scheduled.
Distribution of Services and Products
After a shoot is completed and the photos are processed, the photos and tours will be uploaded to the website or the cloud storage. An email containing a link to the photos and Services will be sent to the contact on file. We are not responsible for emails not received but will make any attempt to rectify this situation by sending emails to the appropriate party once notified that the initial email was not received.
No refunds will be given in the event that a listing sells between the time the photos are taken and the time they are distributed to the agent and/or property owner.
Internet Distribution and Display
All clients understand and agree that all photos displayed on the internet are the property of the Company. Moreover, all properties that are photographed and uploaded to the internet may be available for public viewing. In the event that an agent or homeowner’s contact information is attached to these listings, it may be displayed online for public viewing.
The Company reserves the right to send your property information and photos to other real estate websites and portals in order to generate more exposure for your listings. If you do not wish for such distribution, you must request that we do not send your listing data to any third parties.
